Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Michael Street (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jafar Mehtmeht (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Street comes to the cage accompanied by The Truth. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 8 - 0, fighting out of New York, Michael Street! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
13 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jafar Mehtmeht! The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, Reed Andrews and Franklyn Lucas.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mehtmeht just misses with a punch to the body.
Mehtmeht leaves Street with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Mehtmeht lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Mehtmeht jabs Street right on the nose. Street blinks but takes it well. A slapping leg kick lands for Street.
Street misses with a leg kick and Mehtmeht counters with a slapping leg kick. A head kick misses from Mehtmeht. Street throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean. Street tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Street misses with a low kick as Mehtmeht jumps back. Mehtmeht tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Street is able to avoid easily. Street tries to clinch but fails miserably and Mehtmeht counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Street shoots and misses and Mehtmeht counters with a nice body shot. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Mehtmeht avoids a kick to the body.
A low kick from Street is predictable there and Mehtmeht connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Street will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

That's one minute gone in the round. Street on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Mehtmeht. Mehtmeht obviously looking to wear him down.
Street tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Mehtmeht counters with a nice body kick. Street is breathing heavily. Street is trying hard to land a takedown here. Mehtmeht sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Michael Street. That's going to take a lot out of him. Mehtmeht buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
A nice leg kick lands there from Mehtmeht. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Mehtmeht.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Mehtmeht punishes Street's body with a nice straight punch. Mehtmeht rushes Street and presses him up against the cage. Street is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Mehtmeht gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Mehtmeht lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Mehtmeht scores with a shot to the side of Street's head. Mehtmeht prevents a body shot from Street. Mehtmeht lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage. An uppercut to the body lands inside from Mehtmeht. Mehtmeht lands a body punch. Mehtmeht's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mehtmeht digs a right hand into Street's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Street's gas tank. Mehtmeht lands with a right to the head. The pace really dropping off here, momentarily. Mehtmeht lands with a short shot to the head. A quick uppercut on the inside from Mehtmeht. Mehtmeht gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
It looks like Michael Street has been cut. Mehtmeht lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. A right hook to the body lands for Mehtmeht.
Mehtmeht lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Street or not. Mehtmeht scores with a shoulder strike. Street takes a shot to the head. Mehtmeht lands a body shot in the clinch.
Mehtmeht lands a left hand that snaps the head of Street backwards.
Street is rocked! Mehtmeht misses with a punch on the inside.
Oh Street is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Mehtmeht throws a punch but it's blocked by Street. Street blocks an uppercut.
Mehtmeht swings wildly with an uppercut but Street uses good head movement to avoid it. Street blocks an uppercut.

The fighters are battling for dominant position up against the cage here. Mehtmeht manages to get control of his opponent's head and throws a big knee - Street drops to the canvas! He's done! Mehtmeht goes wild and celebrates with his corner - this is a big victory for him and to get the win in such devastating fashion will certainly boost his reputation amongst the fans!
