Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Oliver Rubber (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and jason leben (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). leben has chosen DJay Whoop That Trick as his entrance music. jason leben will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Oliver Rubber!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, jason leben!
The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Joseph Jones and Dean Styles.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
leben drives through and clinches with Rubber against the cage.
leben manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
Rubber drops to a knee looking for a takedown but leben gets the underhooks and prevents it.
leben is trying to break the clinch but Rubber has him pressed against the cage.
leben breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Nice sprawl there from leben as Rubber shoots in.
leben instigates a clinch.
leben is looking to break free of the clinch but Rubber has double underhooks.
leben's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
leben wants to break free but Rubber has control.
Rubber gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.
Rubber slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
You can see the frustration on leben's face as Rubber controls the position.
Rubber decides to take the fight back to the feet.
Rubber misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Oliver Rubber. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Rubber shoots in for a double leg but leben sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
leben gets a clinch.
leben breaks from the clinch.
Rubber scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Rubber is working for an americana but leben has been sneaky and has managed to get back to half guard, whilst Rubber was thinking about the submission.
Rubber is breathing heavily.
Rubber drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Rubber jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
leben wriggles free and stands up.
leben lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
leben has Rubber up against the cage in a clinch.
leben breaks from the clinch.
leben shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than leben was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Rubber is trying desperately to improve position.
leben can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Rubber is looking to escape.
Rubber keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
leben lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Rubber regains half guard.
Rubber is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of leben's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take leben's back!

Rubber is working hard for the rear naked choke here.
leben really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Rubber. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Rubber is remaining active here, looking for the choke. The more discerning members of the crowd will appreciate his efforts.
Rubber is looking for the choke from the back position but leben is controlling his hands well.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Rubber has his opponent's back and is working for the choke.
leben trying to control but he's just got himself in more trouble.
leben might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Rubber kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
leben manages to reverse the position and now he's in Rubber's guard. Nice work there by leben.

leben avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Rubber looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
leben is working Rubber over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
leben stands and steps away. Rubber gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Nice body punch from leben.
leben lands with a shot to the body.
Rubber scores a takedown into full mount!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Rubber moves to the back.
Rubber is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged leben with him. leben is trying to defend but Rubber has an arm under the chin now! leben grimaces and is forced to tap out!
