Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jack TheWack (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stan Rivers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rivers is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Cyco Vision. Stan Rivers will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Stan Rivers!
The judges for this bout are William Peck, Yves DeLean and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
TheWack with a lazy takedown attempt
and Rivers counters with a nice uppercut.
Rivers fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
TheWack is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Rivers scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Jack TheWack seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
TheWack looks to clinch
and Rivers counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Rivers scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. TheWack doesn't seem bothered though.
TheWack shoots in but no luck this time.
Rivers is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Rivers misses with a double jab.
Rivers cracks TheWack with a right hand to the side of the head.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
TheWack tries a low kick but Rivers avoids it.
Rivers misses with a wild combination.
TheWack tries to clinch there but Rivers circles away.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Rivers scores with a nice right hand.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from TheWack is defended easily by Rivers.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jack TheWack. That's going to take a lot out of him.
TheWack is breathing heavily.
Rivers misses with a series of wild punches.
Rivers throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Rivers is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
Rivers stalks TheWack and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into TheWack's face. TheWack staggers backwards, shaken.
Rivers scores with a one two! TheWack had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Nice shot lands for Rivers.
TheWack misses with a double jab
and Rivers counters with a series of strikes. TheWack will be more careful next time no doubt.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Rivers lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but TheWack circles away quickly and effectively.
TheWack could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Rivers lands with an overhand left.
TheWack is rocked!
TheWack walks into a straight right hand from Rivers.
Oh TheWack is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
TheWack looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
TheWack looks up at the clock. Bad move! Rivers lands a right hand from hell, dropping TheWack. Rivers pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:32 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Stan Rivers!
