Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between John Montoya (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Toshiro Mifune (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Montoya's entrance music is Roy Jones - Can't be touched. A fine choice. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mifune throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Montoya.
Mifune is looking to chop away at Montoya's legs.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Montoya sends Mifune crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Montoya is motioning to the referee to let Mifune up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Mifune is rocked!
Montoya gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Mifune is still on wobbly legs! Can Montoya finish him?
Montoya lands a nice shot to the body.

Montoya drops Mifune onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Mifune is propped up by the ropes and works his way back to his feet!

Montoya creates some distance for himselfand unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Mifune's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Mifune drops to his knees and Montoya pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
