Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bruce Li (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shank Flabbott (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Flabbott has chosen Master P Ft.Silkk The Shocker - Bout Dat as his entrance music. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
9 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Bruce Li! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
9 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Shank Flabbott! The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Johanna Lukiainen and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Flabbott tries a low kick but Li avoids it. Li dodges the punch combination from Flabbott.
A good leg kick by Li. A solid body kick from Li. Flabbott shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Li sprawls well. Li wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Flabbott gets slowly back to his feet. Flabbott on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Li. Li obviously looking to wear him down.
Flabbott looks gassed! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Li lands a jab followed by a vicious hook that sends Flabbott sprawling to the canvas. Li follows him down, looking for the kill. Can Flabbott hang on?
It looks like Shank Flabbott has been cut. Flabbott avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Li. Li lands strikes from half guard. Li wants to control but Flabbott is keeping him busy. Li keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Li throwing shots but Flabbott is blocking nicely. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Li lands a nice short elbow.
That's one minute gone in the round. Flabbott tries to get to full guard but Li has control of the leg. Flabbott is staying active underneath Li, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Flabbott is looking for a sweep. Li is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Li stalling away here and it's allowed Flabbott to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard. Li throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Li will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Li missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Li trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Li trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Flabbott has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall. Li scoring with some ground and pound.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Li throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Flabbott is on top in guard.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Li keeping moving, preventing Flabbott from controlling successfully. Li wants to sweep here but Flabbott controlling him for the moment. Flabbott looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Li wants to sweep but no luck.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Flabbott trying to control the position from guard on top but Li is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Shank Flabbott. Flabbott looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Li throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Li misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Both fighters circling a little - Li finishes the exchange with a kick to the body. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Flabbott has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Li. Li throws a nice inside leg kick. Flabbott takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Li feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Flabbott's calf. Flabbott takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Li rushes Flabbott and pushes him back against the ropes in a clinch. Li throws an elbow that misses.
Li misses with a punch to the body.
A knee to the head by Li.
Li misses with an elbow over the top. Li misses with an elbow over the top. Li struggles to land a body shot inside as Flabbott controls his hands.
Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Li obliges. Li looking to throw knees to the head but Flabbott is blocking nicely.
Flabbott tries to break the clinch but Li is controlling the position. Li connects with a knee to the head.
A head punch on the inside from Li fails to land. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Li is trying to wear down his opponent with knees to the body. Li tries a knee to the head but Flabbott blocks it.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bruce Li dominated that round. The cut man is working on Shank Flabbott's cut. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Li closes the distance and clinches. Li with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head. Li using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Flabbott has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Li lands a big knee from the Thai clinch and Flabbott goes down hard! The ref takes a good look at him but he's still defending himself. Li in side control.
Flabbott is rocked! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Li landing with strikes to the head and body from side control. Flabbott is still in real trouble! Can Li finish him? Li wants to control but Flabbott is keeping him busy. Flabbott parries the strikes from Li easily there. Li is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Flabbott to escape.
Li staying calm. The ground and pound from Li seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent. Flabbott seems to have recovered his senses. Li controlling the position. Check out the look on Li's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
Li misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
That's one minute gone in the round. Li trying to control the action but Flabbott is working from the bottom. Flabbott tries to bench press Li off him but Li keeps the position. Li taking a break here but Flabbott is having none of it and regains half guard. Flabbott is controlling Li's position as best he can from this difficult position. Bruce Li overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Li is looking to stall here but Flabbott recovers full guard. Li loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Flabbott wants to sweep but no luck. Flabbott is trying to control the position but Li postures up. Li works over Flabbott with some ground and pound from guard. Li trying to control the position from guard on top but Flabbott is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Li would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Li working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Li throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Li trying to control the position from guard on top but Flabbott is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Flabbott looking to hit a scissor sweep but Li is one step ahead there. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Flabbott pushes Li off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Li throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Flabbott instigates a clinch. Li is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Flabbott can do to turn this around? Both guys are working to get underhooks. Li landing some nice looking knees to the body.
Li lands a nice elbow from the clinch. Flabbott is breathing heavily. Li throws an elbow but it's blocked.
Flabbott jumps guard but Li stands there with Flabbott around his waist. Flabbott gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Li trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Li wants to control from the top but Flabbott keeps moving. Flabbott avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Li pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Flabbott is keeping the position for now. Li has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Flabbott to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Li is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Flabbott pulls down on the head and he's put Li to sleep! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:28 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Shank Flabbott! Our winner, Shank Flabbott, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
