Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Arnold Drummond (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Enos Erikson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
12 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Arnold Drummond! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Enos Erikson! The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Wagner Zegers and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Erikson tries for a takedown but Drummond sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Jab, jab by Drummond - just one landing. Some bone on bone action there as Erikson checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one. Drummond's corner calls for a 1-2. Drummond obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Drummond throws a head kick that misses. Drummond catches Erikson with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! Drummond will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Erikson fails with the takedown. Drummond thows a body shot but no joy. Erikson shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Drummond defends it nicely. Arnold Drummond has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Enos Erikson. Erikson shoots in for a takedown but Drummond shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Drummond stuns Erikson with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Erikson takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Erikson moves out of range as Drummond strikes. Drummond lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Nice jab there from Drummond. Drummond wants to slow Erikson down by chopping away at his legs. Drummond throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Arnold Drummond seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Drummond connects with a body shot that sends Erikson's belly button to the back. Drummond lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Erikson circles away quickly and effectively.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Drummond with a jab. Drummond throws a solid leg kick but Erikson takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Drummond. Drummond scores with a leg kick.
Drummond throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Drummond fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Drummond pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Erikson back to the cage. Drummond follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver. An inside leg kick from Drummond misses. Drummond works Erikson's body with a nice hook. Drummond loads up on a big right hand but Erikson slips the punch. Drummond tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Erikson was well out of range. Poor timing from Drummond. Drummond digs a good body shot into Erikson's ribs. Drummond throws out a powerful jab.

Erikson pushes Drummond against the cage but Drummond circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Erikson shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Drummond will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Erikson stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Drummond. Drummond wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Erikson throws a head kick that misses. It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Drummond here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man. Erikson tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Enos Erikson is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Erikson drives through with a takedown into Drummond's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. Erikson pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Drummond is keeping the position for now. Drummond has his hands on Erikson's head, controlling the position. Drummond wants to stand but Erikson is controlling the position. The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Drummond lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. Drummond leaves Erikson with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Drummond throws a shot to the body.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Erikson shoots in and bounces Drummond off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Drummond keeping full guard, as Erikson tries to pass. Drummond knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Erikson on the ground. Drummond pulls Erikson in close to prevent any damage. Drummond wants to stand and escape but Erikson is having none of it. Erikson wants to control from the top but Drummond keeps moving. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Drummond is looking to sweep but instead, Erikson has passed into half guard.
Erikson is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Drummond wants to improve his position but Erikson is controlling well.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Erikson perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. Drummond is defending against the submission attempts here by Erikson.

Drummond is staying active underneath Erikson, who seems content to just control the action from this position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

Enos Erikson showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!

Erikson closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Drummond is looking for a sweep. Erikson is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Erikson is trying to control the action in half guard but Drummond is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Drummond is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Erikson takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Erikson has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Drummond defend it? Erikson steps over the head and cranks it - Drummond is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Erikson!
