Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Yosihiro Uraken !
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, JIm wo!
The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Shirou Masuda and Yukihiro Shimada.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
wo looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Uraken pushes wo off and gets back to his feet.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Uraken decides to pull guard.
Uraken keeping moving, preventing wo from controlling successfully.
wois looking to pass into half guard but Uraken pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Uraken is in guard.
Uraken gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Uraken shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has wo pinned against the cage. wo gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Uraken could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

wo throws a right hand that Uraken ducks under and follows up with a left that Uraken also avoids with ease.
wo misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
wo tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Uraken counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Uraken .
wo is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Uraken decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on wo, up you get!
JIm wo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A decent looking body kick lands there for wo.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Uraken shoots in but wo avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Uraken is breathing heavily.

Uraken looks for a takedown but wo sprawls well.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Yosihiro Uraken . That's going to take a lot out of him.
wo leaves Uraken with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
wo closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
The ground and pound from wo seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.
wo works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.

wo cracks Uraken with a big right hand but Uraken just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Uraken might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
wo trying to control the action but Uraken is working from the bottom.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Uraken is trying to buck wo off.
wo trying to control the position but Uraken is working away.
Uraken is trying to get back to his feet.
Uraken prevents wo from moving into mount.
Uraken is pushing wo's head away, looking to escape. wo manages to hold on to the position though.

Uraken is not content to let wo control the position.
wo is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.
Uraken is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but wo has just dragged him back down to the mat.
wo wants to stand but Uraken is controlling his arm.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Uraken pushes wo away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, wo gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
Uraken throws wo to one side and escapes!
wo throws a head kick but Uraken moves out of range.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but JIm wo will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
wo tries to clinch up but Uraken circles away and keeps his distance.
wo shoots in and gets a takedown into Uraken 's guard.
wo wants to control from the top but Uraken keeps moving.
JIm wo has got the better of the ground game so far.
Uraken manages to escape and get back to his feet.

and Uraken counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Uraken gets to his feet - wo follows without any prompting.
Uraken circles away from the clinch attempt
and Uraken counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in wo's guard now.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Uraken stands up and waves to wo to follow him.
wo fails to land the takedown.
wo shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Uraken as he avoids it easily.
Yosihiro Uraken has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of JIm wo.
wo shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Uraken as he jumps to the side.

Uraken blocks the body kick.
wo moves to clinch but Uraken breaks away
and Uraken counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Uraken .
Uraken gets to his feet. wo looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Uraken shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches wo napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Uraken decides to stand back up. Uraken steps back and let's wo get back to his feet.
wo pulls out of a head kick attempt.

wo closes the distance looking to clinch
and Uraken decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in wo's guard.
Uraken stands up from guard. Let's bang!
wo defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Uraken .
wo moves in looking to clinch but Uraken pushes him off.
wo closes the distance and clinches up with Uraken , looking for a takedown. wo pushes Uraken against the cage but Uraken circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Uraken has a takedown stuffed.
Uraken shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
This has been an exciting period of action!
wo throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
wo lands a jab.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Uraken keeps the fight on the outside.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!

wo manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Uraken on his heels. He'll look to pass Uraken 's guard now, I'm sure.
wo trying to control the position from guard on top but Uraken is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Uraken pushes wo off and scrambles back to his feet.

wo takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

wo throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
wo tries to clinch up but Uraken circles away and keeps his distance.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from wo.
Uraken looks for a takedown but wo sprawls well.

Uraken gets to his feet - wo follows without any prompting.
wo gets a double leg takedown into Uraken 's guard.
Uraken scrambles and gets back to his feet.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

and Uraken counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
wo is trying to control but can't.
Uraken stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows wo to get to his feet.
Uraken tries to keep at a distance but wo has taken the fight into the clinch.

Uraken tries to score a body lock takedown but wo shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Uraken is pressed up against the cage. wo has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Uraken down to the mat. Uraken avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Yosihiro Uraken has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of JIm wo.
Uraken dives in and grabs wo's left leg, looking for a takedown. wo pushes down on Uraken 's head and hops out.
wo fails with a takedown attempt.
wo shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Uraken is trying to defend but wo finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

wo seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Uraken does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
wo wants to stand up but Uraken manages to regain full guard.
Uraken has his feet on wo's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.
Uraken shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
And that's the end of the fight!
Yosihiro Uraken showed his dominance in that final round.
