Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Sawao Kato (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aleksandr Fedorov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

13 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Aleksandr Fedorov!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Shirou Masuda and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fedorov shoots in and drives through. Kato sprawls well.
Kato jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Fedorov cracks Kato with a right hand to the side of the head.
It looks like Sawao Kato has been cut.
Fedorov forces Kato back against the ropes and clinches.
Kato lands a nice uppercut.
Fedorov misses with a short punch on the inside.
Fedorov tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Kato manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Fedorov avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Fedorov really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Kato. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Fedorov has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Kato to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Fedorov is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Kato pulls down on the head and he's put Fedorov to sleep! This one is all over!
