Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jack Scalabrine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Iury Sinistrov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sinistrov has chosen Rock you like a hurricane as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Jack Scalabrine!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Iury Sinistrov!
The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Igor Prikhodko and Ivan Kurochkin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sinistrov closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Scalabrine to the mat! Scalabrine manages to get full guard.
Sinistrov stays in close to Scalabrine's body and controls the position.
Sinistrov throwing strikes but missing.
Scalabrine wants to stand but Sinistrov is controlling the position.
Scalabrine keeping moving, preventing Sinistrov from controlling successfully.
Sinistrov keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Scalabrine's head.
Sinistrov advances to half guard.
Scalabrine wants to get back to his feet.
Sinistrov moves nicely into side control.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Sinistrov looks up at the clock and then as Scalabrine takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Sinistrov smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Scalabrine tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Sinistrov wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Scalabrine is not content to let Sinistrov control the position.
Sinistrov working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
Sinistrov passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Scalabrine!

Sinistrov has isolated one of Scalabrine's arms. Scalabrine looking to fight him off but Sinistrov twists into an armbar. It's tight... Will he tap?? YES, he's tapped! This one is all over!
