Demir connects with the punch.
Bordov dives in and grabs Demir's left leg, looking for a takedown. Demir pushes down on Bordov's head and hops out.

Demir is looking for a sweep. Bordov is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Demir fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Bordov on the side of the head.

Kadir Demir seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bordov tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Demir paws at him with a jab and circles away.

and Demir counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Bordov fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Kadir Demir has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sergej Bordov.
Bordov gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Demir gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Bordov is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!
