The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Robert Twigg and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Obama looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Hunyadi wants to improve his position but Obama is controlling well.
Hunyadi really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Obama wants to pass the guard but Hunyadi is defending well.
Obama looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Obama is working for a submission of some sort.

Obama is stalling here. Hunyadi is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Obama seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Hunyadi has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Hunyadi throws a shot from downtown. Obama moves away and avoids it.
Hunyadi connects with a solid leg kick.
Hunyadi slaps away a takedown attempt from Obama, before circling back to the center of the mat.

Hunyadi takes a swing at Obama's ribcage but misses.
Obama shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
John Hunyadi has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of TheRock Obama.
Obama uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Hunyadi.
Obama shoots in looking for a takedown. Hunyadi tries to sprawl out of it but Obama keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Hunyadi manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Obama shoots in for a double leg but Hunyadi sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Sloppy strikes from Hunyadi. Those never looked like landing.

Hunyadi throws a hook but Obama avoids it easily.

TheRock Obama is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Hunyadi lands a really nice looking cross but Obama seems unphased.

Hunyadi scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

and Obama counters with a nice double leg into guard.

Obama passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Obama swings around for an armbar but Hunyadi sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Obama's guard.
Hunyadi is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Obama has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Hunyadi is looking to defend but Obama has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Hunyadi! Obama pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Hunyadi taps out and this one is all over!
