Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Stann Stone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hjalmar Klason (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stone's entrance music is BLUNT- . A fine choice. Klason comes into a darkened arena with his song building. (Hed) Pe - Raise Hell kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
14 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Stann Stone! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
21 - 12 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Hjalmar Klason! The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Eliza Hachem and Damien Edna.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Stone walks into a stiff left hand from Klason. Stone throws a head kick that misses. Stone throws the kick towards the body but Klason avoids it. Stone tries to clinch up. A clash of legs there as Klason blocks the low kick. Klason with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Klason uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Stone. Klason digs a good body shot into Stone's ribs. Stone tries to clinch up. Klason lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Stone misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Klason avoids the head kick by Stone.
Stone throws a leg kick but Klason checks it. Klason throws a sloppy body shot
and Stone counters with a nice leg kick. Stone with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Stone shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Klason is trying to defend but Stone finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
That's one minute gone in the round. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Klason looks like he's trying to stand up.
Stone looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Stone trying to control from half guard but Klason is working away. Stone is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Stone wants to work for an arm triangle but Klason is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Stone looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Stone throws a big elbow that misses, also allowing Klason to regain full guard. Stone throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Stone looking to pass the guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Klason pulls Stone in to control the position. Klason wants to stand and escape but Stone is having none of it. Stone trying to control the position from guard on top but Klason is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Klason is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Stone trying to control but Klason is working from the bottom.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Klason takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Stone throws a head kick but Klason moves out of range.
That kick from Stone tenderised Klason's leg. Klason is trying to keep his angry face on. Nice takedown defense from Klason. No joy for Stone on that attempt. A chopping leg kick lands by Stone. Klason changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Stone keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Klason on the wrong end of a nice jab. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Stone walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Klason checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side. Klason with a hook. Klason closes the distance and lands a one-two. Jab from Stone. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Stone throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean. Klason thuds a left hand into Stone's body. Stone throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Stann Stone dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Klason connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. Stone shoots for a double leg takedown but Klason sprawls well. He's pushed Stone's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Stone motions for Klason to come forward. Stone throws a leg kick but it misses it's target. Stann Stone is winning the standup battle so far. Stone avoids the body shot from Klason.
Klason ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Klason throws a hook to the side of Stone's head but Stone sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Stone throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Klason checks a leg kick. Stone misses the jab. Stone looks to land a right hand but Klason moved out of range. Stone wants to slow Klason down by chopping away at his legs. Klason scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Stone moves into range and connects with a jab. Stone needs to keep his hands up - Klason had a free shot at his head there. Stone looks to land a body kick but Klason moved away.
That's one minute gone in the round. Stone misses with a kick to the body and Klason counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Stone tries for a takedown but Klason sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Decent striking displayed by Klason there. Stone fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Klason is out of range. A telegraphed right hand from Klason misses the target. Klason fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Stone. Klason cracks Stone with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. Hjalmar Klason is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Stone throws a sloppy head kick and Klason counters with a lovely straight right hand! Klason cracks Stone with an open hand slap. Klason checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time. A nice inside leg kick there by Stone. That's going to slow Klason down. Klason takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Klason scores with a hook to the body. Stone takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Klason on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Stone. Stone obviously looking to wear him down.

A slow jab from Klason misses its intended target. Klason dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Klason staying out of range there. Stone will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Stone throws a leg kick and Klason counters with a thumping low kick. Stone uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Klason.
Klason connects with a body shot. Stone misses the body punch and Klason counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Klason misses with a jab, cross combination.
Stone walks forward, straight into a front kick from Klason. Stone gets cracked there but stands up to it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Klason throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. A bone on bone clash there as Klason blocks the leg kick.
Stone throws a head kick that misses. Klason throws a body punch but Stone moves out of range. Stone waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Klason. Klason fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Stone has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Stone takes a shot right to the bread basket. Klason steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Stone. That one must have hurt. Klason throws a shot to the body.
Klason lands a jab to Stone's midsection. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. A leg kick checked by Klason. Klason lands a jab to the head.
Klason lands with a good body shot. Klason scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Stone doesn't seem bothered though.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Klason throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Stone is looking to score with low kicks. Klason throws out a powerful jab. Klason digs a good body shot into Stone's ribs. Klason fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Stone. Stone closes the distance and clinches. A battle for position here, against the cage. Klason lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. Klason swings wildly with an uppercut but Stone uses good head movement to avoid it. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Stone tries to land a knee to the head but Klason blocks with his arms.

Hjalmar Klason showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
Stone takes a shot right to the bread basket. Klason is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Stone rather than just go for the knockout. Klason misses with a wild combination.

Some bone on bone action there as Stone checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one. Klason throws a jab when Stone was well out of range. Klason blocks a head kick by Stone.
Stone will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Stone swings and misses with a shot to the body and Klason counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Klason leaves Stone with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Klason scores with a hook. Stone throws a nice outside leg kick. Nice shot by Klason. Stone throws a leg kick and Klason counters with a thumping low kick. Klason clobbers Stone with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. An inside leg kick from Stone misses. Klason throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Stone stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Klason cracks the inside of Stone's front leg. Stone gets off balance looking for a body kick and Klason counters with an outside leg kick.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Stone needs to keep his hands up - Klason had a free shot at his head there.

Klason uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Stone has time to react. The fighters circling - Stone throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Stone has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. Stone takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Stone throws a push kick but Klason slaps the foot to one side. Klason rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Stone moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Klason paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Klason lands the left hand. A cross from Stone lands.
That's three minutes gone in the round. An inside leg kick lands from Stone. Klason with a jab. Klason swings widly with a right hand
so Stone counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Klason wants to get back to his feet but Stone is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Stone throwing strikes but missing. Klason bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Stone's guard. Klason must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Klason trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Klason postures up.
Stone being controlled here, momentarily. Stone looking to sweep here. No luck so far. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Stann Stone overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Klason engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
And that's the end of the fight! Hjalmar Klason comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Klason has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

In favor of your winner, by unanimous decision... Hjalmar Klason! Hjalmar Klason spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
