Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Michael Bisping (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pertti Rauta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rauta has chosen Frederik - Harva Meistä On Rautaa as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rauta throws a sloppy head kick and Bisping moves out of range easily.
Bisping misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Bisping moves out of range of the strikes.
Rauta lands with a cross.
Rauta waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Bisping.
Rauta darts in and clinches Bisping up against the cage.
Rauta connects with a nasty looking knee right to Bisping's face.
It looks like Michael Bisping has been cut.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Rauta.
Rauta pushes off an throws an elbow but Bisping leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.
Rauta misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Bisping.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Bisping takes a knee to the side of the body.
Rauta misses with a body punch.
Rauta lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Bisping backwards.
Bisping blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Bisping cracks Rauta with a nice body shot.
Rauta tries to work over Bisping's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

Bisping goes for a takedown in the clinch but Rauta prevents it.
Bisping has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Rauta is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Bisping breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Bisping swings for the body but Rauta moves out of range.
Rauta tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Bisping paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Rauta throws a low kick but Bisping moves out of range easily.
Rauta moves into range and clinches up with Bisping.
Bisping avoids a wild elbow strike from Rauta.
Rauta stalls.
Bisping blocks an elbow strike from Rauta.
Rauta lands a left hand that snaps the head of Bisping backwards.
Rauta struggles to land a body shot inside as Bisping controls his hands.

Rauta tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Rauta lands a knee to the head.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Bisping lands with a light punch inside.
Rauta lands a good knee to the midsection. Bisping won't want to take too many of those.
Bisping wants to break the clinch but can't.
