Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Randolph Metzger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dino Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Dino Silva was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Taro Takaoka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Metzger misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Metzger scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Metzger misses the shot to the body.
Metzger tries to clinch up.
Silva is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Randolph Metzger seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Metzger lands a big head kick that sends Silva tumbling to the mat! Metzger takes a step backwards and waves Silva back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Silva is rocked!
It looks like Dino Silva has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Metzger cracks Silva with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Silva tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Metzger pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Silva is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Randolph Metzger!
After winning the bout, Randolph Metzger thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
