Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
9 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Nauj Zerep!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

7 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Tonttu Ukko!
The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Tarja Halkonen and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zerep is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Ukko.
Ukko shoots in but no luck this time.
Zerep throws a lazy uppercut
and Ukko counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Ukko stands and throws Zerep's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Ukko tries to score with some ground and pound. Zerep controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.
Zerep is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Ukko drops back looking for a leg! Zerep is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Zerep manages to kick Ukko off! Ukko jumps back into Zerep's guard.

Ukko postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Ukko accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Ukko is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Zerep knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Ukko slips a nice elbow through Zerep's hands, connecting with Zerep's forehead.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tonttu Ukko dominated that round.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Zerep gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Ukko to score an easy takedown into full guard.

Tonttu Ukko has got the better of the ground game so far.
Zerep is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Ukko makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Zerep is rocked!
Ukko gets to his feet and stands over Zerep, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Zerep felt that one! Ukko unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Zerep from any more punishment!
