Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Shirou Masuda and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hanayama tests Velasquez's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Hanayama swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Velasquez.
Velasquez uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Hanayama.
Velasquez takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Hanayama lands a jab.
Hanayama is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Velasquez.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Velasquez doesn't succeed with the takedown
letting Hanayama counter with a right hand.
Good standup being displayed there by Hanayama as he connects with a hook.
Velasquez looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Hanayama!
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Velasquez cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Velasquez postures up and throws a massive shot that knocks Hanayama out cold! Two more strikes to his unconscious opponent for good luck and this one is all over! Velasquez goes absolutely crazy with his corner! Wow, you can see how much that win means to him!
