Hessburg looks to land a right hand but Hughes moved out of range.
Hughes closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Hessburg's guard.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.

Hessburg escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Hughes gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Hessburg has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Hughes can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Hughes wants to control from the top but Hessburg keeps moving.
