0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Mambwe Ngilov! The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, James Ackerman and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ngilov shoots in and gets a takedown into Diaz's guard. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Diaz is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Diaz is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Diaz is trying to keep Ngilov in close.
Ngilov won't allow Diaz to sweep him here. Diaz escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Ngilov gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Ngilov's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Ngilov landing with the ground and pound. Diaz working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Ngilov doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Diaz is tightening it up a little... Ngilov has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Ngilov reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Ngilov taps out! Nice BJJ there by Diaz!
