Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Charles Bennet (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brian Redban (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bennet comes to the cage accompanied by Nowhere to run, nowhere to hide. Brian Redban has the eye of the tiger tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Brian Redban!
The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Anni Minnemäki and Matti Vanhoillinen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Redban connects with a right hand. Bennet shakes it off.
Redban misses with an uppercut
and Bennet counters with a straight right hand.

Bennet shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Redban manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Redban is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Redban is looking to control Bennet's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Redban avoid being mounted?

Still in half guard, Bennet seems content to control.

Bennet seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Redban does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Bennet is fighting to break Redban's control of his arms but Redban is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Redban takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Bennet avoids the head kick by Redban.

Brian Redban comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Redban has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
