Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Beast Of The East! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Wallace St Edwards! The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Dillan Fox and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The fighters circling - The East throws out the jab but it was never going to land. The East pushing out the jab but it's not landing. The East throws a body punch but St Edwards moves out of range. The East misses with the combination.
St Edwards fakes high and swings low for a body shot but The East manages to avoid it. St Edwards moves away from the strike by The East. The East shoots in for a takedown but St Edwards shows good takedown defense. St Edwards on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. The East lands with a right hand. St Edwards works the jab nicely. The East throws a shot to the body.
The East throws out a token jab with nothing on it. The East misses with an uppercut
and St Edwards counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

The East lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. St Edwards uses good head movement to avoid the hook from The East. St Edwards ducks under a wild hook from The East. The East forces St Edwards back against the cage and clinches. The East has St Edwards pressed against the cage, preventing St Edwards from circling away and getting back to striking at range. OK we're going to have a standup here. Wallace St Edwards hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. The East loads up on a big right hand but St Edwards slips the punch. The East has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! The East swinging wildly here.

St Edwards wants to control the pace but The East is squirming around nicely. The East tries to lock up and control but St Edwards gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. St Edwards with a couple of short strikes. The East tries to get back to half guard but can't. St Edwards is going oldschool here, as he tries to force The East to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so The East shrugs it off. St Edwards controlling from the full mount. The East is bucking up trying to escape but St Edwards cracks him with another couple of good strikes.

St Edwards takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. St Edwards changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Both fighters are breathing heavily. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! St Edwards swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Wallace St Edwards is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. The East misses with a looping left. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. St Edwards cracks The East with a good jab. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. St Edwards looks to score with a jab to the body but The East is just out of range. The East jabbing away but nothing is landing.
And that's the end of the fight! Wallace St Edwards comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well St Edwards has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today.
