Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Shane Johns (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ville Kuukkeli (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Johns might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to By the Sword - Slash. Kuukkeli has chosen a-ha - Take On Me as his entrance music. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The judges for this bout are William Peck, Ian Loll and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johns thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Kuukkeli if he has to take too many more of those.
Johns misses with an uppercut.
Johns scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
A slow jab from Johns misses its intended target.
Kuukkeli pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Kuukkeli tries to clinch up but Johns circles away and keeps his distance.
Kuukkeli throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Johns uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Kuukkeli has time to react.
Johns leaves Kuukkeli with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Kuukkeli throws a head kick that misses.
Johns lands a nice looking body shot.
Johns ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Kuukkeli moves away.
Kuukkeli takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Johns connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Kuukkeli looks to land a body kick but Johns moved away.

Johns pivots, looking for a leg kick but Kuukkeli is out of range and Johns settles back down.
Kuukkeli shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Johns throws a hook to the side of Kuukkeli's head but Kuukkeli sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Johns is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Johns throws a sloppy head kick and Kuukkeli moves out of range easily.

Kuukkeli throws a head kick but Johns moves out of range.

Kuukkeli goes for a takedown in the clinch but Johns prevents it.

Johns lands a left hand that snaps the head of Kuukkeli backwards.

Johns creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Kuukkeli's defenses.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Kuukkeli buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Johns throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Kuukkeli.

Johns showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Kuukkeli.
Johns throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Johns throws out a loose jab but Kuukkeli uses good head movement to avoid it.
Kuukkeli lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Kuukkeli shoots in but no luck this time.
Johns dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Kuukkeli. That did some damage!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Johns cracks Kuukkeli with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Kuukkeli is still on wobbly legs! Can Johns finish him?

Johns moves out of range as Kuukkeli strikes.

Johns will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Johns steps in with a hook that catches Kuukkeli right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Johns follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Kuukkeli looks absolutely devastated.

During a confident post fight interview, Shane Johns thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
