Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Gnome Chomsky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dawid Turek (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chomsky comes to the cage accompanied by System Of A Down - Sugar. This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Gnome Chomsky! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Dawid Turek! The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Albert Achterberg and Wagner Zegers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Turek misses with a low kick.
Chomsky misses with a takedown attempt and Turek counters with a nice double leg into side control. Chomsky won't be happy with that. Chomsky manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Turek is controlling the pace.
Turek really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Chomsky. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Chomsky looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Chomsky is trying to maintain the position but Turek is very close to passing his half guard. Turek stalling. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Chomsky on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Turek is looking to stall here but Chomsky recovers full guard. Turek trying to control the position from guard on top but Chomsky is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Chomsky looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Chomsky looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Turek throws an elbow that misses. Chomsky uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Turek's guard. Nice move by Chomsky! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Chomsky thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Chomsky drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Chomsky jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Turek looking for a sweep. Not yet Turek, not yet. Chomsky wants to control from the top but Turek keeps moving. Turek can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Chomsky controls the pace. Chomsky trying to control but Turek is working from the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Chomsky seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Chomsky wants to control from the top but Turek keeps moving.
Gnome Chomsky has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Chomsky tries for a takedown but Turek circles away easily and Turek counters with a nice low kick that buckles Chomsky's knee momentarily. Chomsky moves out of range as Turek throws a body kick.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Turek scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Turek looking to control but instead Chomsky has slipped a leg in, to regain half guard. Chomsky is trying to maintain the position but Turek is very close to passing his half guard. Turek is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Chomsky sees it coming and defends easily. Turek is nestled in close to Chomsky, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Turek is stalling here. Chomsky is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Turek seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Chomsky has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Turek wants to get back to his feet but Chomsky drags him back down. Chomsky is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Turek is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Gnome Chomsky will probably get the nod. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Turek swings away with a leg kick that misses. Turek lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. Chomsky shoots in looking for a takedown. Turek tries to sprawl out of it but Chomsky keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Turek manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Ouch! a nice leg kick from Turek, right into the meat.
Turek closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Chomsky to the mat! Chomsky manages to get full guard. Turekis looking to pass into half guard but Chomsky pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Chomsky is in guard. Chomsky wants to control from the top but Turek keeps moving.
That's one minute gone in the round. Chomsky drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Chomsky jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Chomsky slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Turek gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there! Turek stops Chomsky from taking his back. Still, being mounted isn't any better. Chomsky tries to control but Turek wriggling away. Turek tries to lock up and control but Chomsky gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Chomsky is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Turek is surviving well by controlling Chomsky's body position as best he can. Chomsky lands a heavy elbow. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Turek can do anything to dispel that myth. Turek can't escape the position.
Chomsky controlling the pace for now. Chomsky looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Turek tries to hold on but Chomsky pushes him away.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Chomsky looking for a guillotine from mount but Turek is having none of it. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Chomsky trying to control but Turek is having none of it. Turek tries to lock up and control but Chomsky gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Turek reaches up and pulls Chomsky towards him, trying to control the position. Chomsky manages to get a guillotine from the mount though! This could be big trouble for Turek! Turek tries to roll over - now Chomsky is on the bottom but the guillotine is really deep and Turek has to tap out! Great work there by Chomsky!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:58 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Gnome Chomsky! A relieved looking Gnome Chomsky thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
