The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Davies's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Hyabusa connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Davies scrambles back to his feet.
It looks like Scott Davies has been cut.
Davies doesn't manage to clinch there - Hyabusa circles away.
Hyabusa throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Hyabusa ducks under a wild hook from Davies.
Hyabusa jabs at Davies's body.
Davies rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Hyabusa counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Hyabusa looks to land a left hand but Davies moved out of range nicely.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Davies shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Hyabusa eats them both and turns towards Davies to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Hyabusa misses with a looping left.
A punch combination from Hyabusa misses.
Davies connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Hyabusa's hands.
A telegraphed right hand from Hyabusa misses the target.
Davies tries for a takedown but Hyabusa circles away easily
and Hyabusa counters with a series of strikes that really hurt Davies! The ref looks into his eyes and sees nobody home - he's called the fight! This one is all over!
