Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vidal throws a head kick but Whitaker moves out of range.
Vidal tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Whitaker fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Vidal avoids it really well and circles away.
Whitaker shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Vidal as he avoids it easily.

Rafael Vidal has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sam Whitaker.

Vidal has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Whitaker to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Vidal is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Whitaker pulls down on the head and he's put Vidal to sleep! This one is all over!
