1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Mauricio Bordin! The judges for this bout are Daniel Cesar, Thiago Cunha and Seu Braga.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bordin throws a nice looking combination but Por Pramuk bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Bordin throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Por Pramuk was covering up waiting for the punch and Bordin finishes the takedown easily into guard. Bordin advances to half guard. Por Pramuk wants to get back to his feet.
Bordin not landing any meaningful shots this time. Bordin stops Por Pramuk from getting back to his feet.
Bordin is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Bordin is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! Bordin sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Por Pramuk wants to use the cage to get back to his feet here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bordin is in the full mount, landing strikes. The referee warns Por Pramuk that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up. Bordin controlling from the full mount. Let's hope that Bordin has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Por Pramuk has given up his back, trying to stand up. Not clever. Por Pramuk won't enjoy being in this position. Bordin looking for the choke. Oh... he's slipped the arm under the neck - Por Pramuk is tapping - it's over boys! Bordin picks up the submission victory!
