Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ray Sentipiel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Elberto Shanchez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shanchez tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Sentipiel swivels and escapes.

Sentipiel closes the distance and clinches up with Shanchez, looking for a takedown. Sentipiel pushes Shanchez against the cage but Shanchez circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Sentipiel misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

That was a close round but I would say that Ray Sentipiel will probably get the nod.

Shanchez throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Sentipiel tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Shanchez is in Sentipiel's guard.

Shanchez changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Sentipiel looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
