Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Steven Brown and Phil Schofield.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jutila moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Jutila misses with a jab, cross combination.
Dassler shoots and misses
and Jutila counters with a head kick. That will keep Dassler thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
Dassler shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Dassler is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Jutila gets his way!

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Jutila is trying to stick to Dassler's back but Dassler is turning into Jutila. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Jutila's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Dassler.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Dassler manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Jutila on his heels. He'll look to pass Jutila's guard now, I'm sure.
Dassler has gone for a leg lock! Jutila slips out almost immediately though and dives into Dassler's guard.
Jutila stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Dassler swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Jutila seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Dassler does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Jutila takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Timo Jutila has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
Jutila closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the ropes.
The pace really dropping off here, momentarily.
Jutila is pressed up against the ropes. Dassler has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Jutila down to the mat. Jutila avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Dassler shoots in for a takedown but Jutila shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Jutila lands a head kick. Dassler smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

Dassler tries to score a body lock takedown but Jutila shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
An uppercut to the body lands inside from Jutila.
Jutila lands a hook that snaps the head of Dassler backwards.

Dassler drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Jutila gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Adi Dassler's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Adi Dassler's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
