Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Antonio Bear! The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Illya Tyunina and Ivan Kurochkin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Malushev fails with a takedown attempt. Bear gets tackled into the cage by Malushev. Malushev maintains the clinch. Bear throws a knee to the head but misses.
Bear throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Malushev blocks it with crossed arms. Bear with a knee to the head.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Bear pushes Malushev off looking to stand but Malushev dives back in and keeps control.

Malushev wants to take a breather but Bear is having none of it. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Malushev frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Malushev looking to control and managing it successfully. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Malushev pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Bear really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Malushev. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Malushev wants to control the pace but Bear is squirming around nicely. Malushev scoring with strikes but Bear is staying in there. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Malushev lands a couple of digs. Malushev stands and throws Bear's legs to the side, diving into side control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Antonio Bear will probably get the nod - 10:9. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Let's see if Bear can do anything to dispel that myth. Malushev wants to lay and pray for a moment but Bear keeps working. Malushev works his way into full mount! Malushev raining down shots from the mount! Malushev with good strikes from the mount here! Malushev can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Bear is looking to escape. Ahmad Malushev overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
