Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dan Henderson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Water Sedes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Water Sedes was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the middleweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Dan Henderson! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Water Sedes! The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Timothy Bukovac and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sedes ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Henderson moves away. Sedes shoots for a takedown but Henderson saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Henderson tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Henderson connects with a good right hand that stumbles Sedes. Sedes circles away out of range and recomposes himself. Dan Henderson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. A big left from Henderson misses. Sedes takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Nice uppercut there from Henderson. Henderson lands a jab to the head.
Henderson swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Sedes steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Henderson. Sedes fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Sedes misses with a wild combination.
Sedes cracks Henderson with a good jab.
That's one minute gone in the round. Henderson throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Sedes on the side of the head. Sedes gets the takedown into side control. Sedes tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Henderson regains half guard. Sedes trying to control the action but Henderson is working from the bottom. Sedes is pressing down on Henderson's thigh, looking to free his foot. Henderson is holding on for now.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Henderson wants to improve his position but Sedes is controlling well.
Sedes is working for a submission of some sort.
Sedes keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Henderson is trying to maintain the position but Sedes is very close to passing his half guard. Henderson is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Sedes is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. Henderson trying to keep hold of his opponent's head but Sedes manages to pass to mount!

Sedes can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Henderson is looking to escape.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Sedes avoids the attempt from Henderson to control. Henderson wants to improve position but instead he's given up his back. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Sedes keeps control of the position as Henderson tries to break free.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Henderson trying to control but he's just got himself in more trouble. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Dan Henderson will probably get the nod. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Sedes tries to clinch there but Henderson circles away.
Sedes is trying hard to land a takedown here. Henderson sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Sedes takes a jab right on the kisser.
Henderson fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Sedes shoots in looking for a takedown. Henderson tries to sprawl out of it but Sedes keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Henderson manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Sedes takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Henderson moves into range and connects with a jab. Henderson tries to bum rush Sedes with a series of wild strikes but Sedes uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Henderson goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Henderson thuds his right hand into Sedes's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Henderson scores with a punch to the head.
Sedes is rocked! Dan Henderson is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
That's one minute gone in the round. Henderson lunges in with a left hook that violently twists Sedes head around and knocks him out cold! Henderson hops onto the cage and yells out at the top of his lungs - Yeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaah! They're showing the replay on the big screens now; that was nasty! I hope one of the photographers got a good shot of it.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:11 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Dan Henderson! Dan Henderson retains his middleweight title! Jumping up and down and very excited, Dan Henderson waved his t-shirt featuring Fresh To Death Nutrition 159!'s logo in front of the cameras.
