Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Nelson Mandela (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Song Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mandela comes into the arena with Free Nelson Mandela blaring out of the sound system. Nelson Mandela has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mandela with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Mandela is looking to score with low kicks.

Mandela tries to clinch there but Lee circles away.
Mandela throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

The crowd cheers as Mandela lands an impressive looking overhand right. Lee doesn't seem phased though.

Mandela rushes Lee and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Mandela tries to throw a body punch but Lee avoids it by throwing Mandela back against the cage.
Lee lands a hook to the side of the head.

Lee tries a body shot but Mandela blocks it.

Lee is pushing Mandela up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.

Mandela goes for a takedown in the clinch but Lee prevents it.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Mandela pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Mandela displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Lee throws out the jab.
The fighters circle momentarily. Lee darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
A bone on bone clash there as Lee blocks the leg kick.
Lee thumps Mandela with a low kick.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Song Lee dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Lee had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Mandela defends it easily.
Lee is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Mandela defends well.

That was a close second round but I would say that Nelson Mandela will probably get the nod.

Lee throws a push kick but Mandela slaps the foot to one side.
Mandela fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Lee.

I would just about give that final round to Song Lee.
