The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Muirhead throws a front kick that sends Norris stumbling back into the cage.
Norris takes a head kick and keeps coming.
It looks like Kyle Norris has been cut.
Norris blocks a head kick by Muirhead.
Norris fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Norris shoots in for a double leg but Muirhead sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Muirhead throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Norris is rocked!
Norris tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Muirhead swivels and escapes.
Norris is still on wobbly legs! Can Muirhead finish him?
Ian Muirhead has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kyle Norris.
Muirhead lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Norris shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Norris seems to have recovered his senses.
Whack! Muirhead lands a heavy head kick that drops Norris. The ref tackles Muirhead to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Norris was done.
