Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Shane Waitzel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Manny Holt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Waitzel comes to the cage accompanied by Dimmu Borgir - Puritania. Manny Holt acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 17 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Manny Holt!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Tiny Johnson and Chris Downing.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Holt throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Holt takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.

It looks like Manny Holt has been cut.
Waitzel avoids the body shot from Holt.
Waitzel on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Holt dives in and grabs Waitzel's left leg, looking for a takedown. Waitzel pushes down on Holt's head and hops out.
Waitzel swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Waitzel works the jab nicely.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Holt fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Holt tries to clinch but Waitzel is having none of it.
Waitzel swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Waitzel missing with a left hand there. Holt was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Waitzel comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Holt throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Waitzel thuds a left hand into Holt's body.
Holt looks gassed!

That's one minute gone in the round.
Holt with a nice cross.
Holt takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Waitzel dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Waitzel scores with a jab.
Waitzel scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Waitzel lands a slapping body shot.
Holt looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.

That has opened up Manny Holt's cut even more.
Waitzel lands an uppercut, right on the button! Holt tumbles backwards into the cage, staring vacantly into space! He's got no idea where he is, who he is or what day it is... Poor guy.
