Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Marcos Dias (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cmore Butts (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Marcos Dias!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Cmore Butts!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Alan Glass and Wesley Smith.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Butts, right into the meat.
Butts fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Dias has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Dias drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Butts is on top in guard.
Butts trying to control the position from guard on top but Dias is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Butts looking to sit in guard and control but Dias gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Butts trying to keep a closed guard but Dias is proving a slippery customer.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Butts looking to hit a scissor sweep but Dias is one step ahead there.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Butts is on top in guard.
Butts trying to stand up but can't free himself from Dias's guard.
Butts postures up.
Butts has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Dias is proving hard to escape from.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Dias bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Butts's guard.
Dias wants to control from the top but Butts keeps moving.
Dias advances position into side control!

Dias tries for a kimura but Butts is defending well.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Butts being controlled for a moment.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Butts can't do much from the bottom here.
Dias working the head and body with strikes.
Dias is looking to take a break and control but Butts is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Dias is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Butts looks calm but he's in trouble here. Dias gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Butts is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Dias lets go of the hold and Butts can pop his arm back in it's socket.
