Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Trent Haaker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tomaetoe Khan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Haaker comes to the cage accompanied by Im Not Your Boyfriend. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Tomaetoe Khan! The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Arvi Lind and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Haaker moves out of range of the body kick. Haaker scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Haaker uses his free foot to push down on Khan's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Khan. Khan really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Haaker. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Khan is trying to escape the mount.

Khan tries to lock up and control but Haaker gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Haaker tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Haaker tries to bum rush Khan with a series of wild strikes but Khan uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Haaker throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.

Haaker rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Khan moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Khan tries to clinch but Haaker moves out of range. Haaker uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Khan.
The fight stays on the outside here - Khan looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Khan wants to clinch. Haaker avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Haaker looks for the body kick but Khan saw that one coming. Khan misses with a combination
and Haaker holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Khan misses with an elbow over the top. Khan lands a nice knee to the body. Khan lands an elbow that stopped Haaker in his tracks for a moment. Khan is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.

Haaker pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Khan tumbling to the mat - Haaker dives into Khan's guard. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Khan wants to get back to his feet but Haaker passes into half guard.
Haaker takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Haaker passes the guard and advances to mount!
