And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

7 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Tony Thompson!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Danwill ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Thompson moves away.
Thompson slaps away a takedown attempt from Danwill, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Danwill shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Thompson but Thompson pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Danwill throws a head kick that misses.
Danwill shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Allan Danwill. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Thompson slips a jab and a cross from Danwill.
Thompson closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Danwill did well to prevent Thompson getting side control.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Thompson in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Danwill tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Thompson!
