Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Buck Hazzard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Deli (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, Joseph Jones and Anthony Taglia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hazzard moves into the clinch.
Hazzard decides to pull guard.
Deli thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Deli wants to get up but he can't break Hazzard's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Deli got a little sloppy there for a moment and Hazzard has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Deli has managed to get both his arms back between Hazzard's legs - danger averted.
Deli wanted to stand there but Hazzard had control of the position.
Deli is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Hazzard is on top in guard.

That was a close round but I would say that Buck Hazzard will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Deli rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Hazzard moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Hazzard shoots in looking for a takedown. Deli tries to sprawl out of it but Hazzard keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Deli manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
