Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Luka Dzeko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andrei Kyznetsov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Luka Dzeko!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Andrei Kyznetsov !
The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Daniel Blasius and Albert Achterberg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kyznetsov closes the distance but Dzeko moves to the side

and Dzeko holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

Dzeko breaks from the clinch.
Kyznetsov looks to land a combination but Dzeko avoids it well.

Dzeko clinches up with Kyznetsov and pushes him back against the cage.

Dzeko pulls guard.
Dzeko controlling Kyznetsov 's posture.
Dzeko is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Kyznetsov looking for submissions off his back.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Kyznetsov tries to get to full guard but Dzeko has control of the leg.
Dzeko perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Dzeko could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Dzeko not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Well, if Dzeko is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

Dzeko decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.
Kyznetsov fails with an attempt to clinch.

Dzeko shoots in and gets a takedown into Kyznetsov 's guard.
Kyznetsov looks gassed!

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Dzeko is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Dzeko throwing strikes but missing.
Dzeko passes Kyznetsov 's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Dzeko frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Kyznetsov really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Dzeko. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Dzeko looking to control and managing it successfully.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

That's four minutes gone in the round.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Luka Dzeko.
Kyznetsov rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Dzeko moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Dzeko shoots in for a takedown and gets it.

Dzeko decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.
Kyznetsov throws a hook but Dzeko blocks it.

Dzeko shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Dzeko seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Dzeko stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Kyznetsov to get to his feet.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Luka Dzeko dominated that round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.



Dzeko shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Kyznetsov 's guard.
Luka Dzeko overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Dzeko passes into half guard.
Dzeko not landing any meaningful shots this time.
Dzeko seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Dzeko content to control rather than advance.

Dzeko decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.
Kyznetsov tries to clinch up

and Dzeko counters with a nice double leg into side control. Kyznetsov won't be happy with that.
Kyznetsov is breathing heavily.

That's one minute gone in the round.
A lull in the action here as Dzeko stalls from top position.
Dzeko seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Kyznetsov for as long as he can get away with.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Dzeko lands a decent elbow from side control.
Dzeko taking a breather here.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Dzeko has hold of Kyznetsov 's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Kyznetsov tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Dzeko cranks the arm and Kyznetsov screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Kyznetsov , who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:25 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Luka Dzeko!
