Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Gwen Towbar and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hardon shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Gruffo sprawls well. Gruffo wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Hardon gets slowly back to his feet.
Gruffo throws a sloppy head kick
and Hardon counters with a solid body kick.
Gruffo has taken the fight to the clinch.
Gruffo lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Hardon backwards.
It looks like Big Hardon has been cut.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Hardon.
Hardon can't get the takedown.
Gruffo fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Gruffo.
Gruffo swings wildly with an uppercut but Hardon uses good head movement to avoid it.
Gruffo misses with a punch to the body.
Hardon tries to land a knee to the head but Gruffo blocks with his arms.
Hardon is working for takedown but Gruffo is calmly controlling the position for now.
Knyto Gruffo has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Big Hardon.
Gruffo lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Hardon backwards.
Gruffo swings wildly with an uppercut but Hardon uses good head movement to avoid it.
Hardon has had enough of the clinch but Gruffo keeps him there for the moment.
Gruffo misses with the head strike.
Gruffo misses with a hook to the ribs.
Hardon blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
That's one minute gone in the round.

A body shot lands from Hardon.
Hardon blocks a body shot from Gruffo.
Gruffo misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Gruffo swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Hardon doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Hardon fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Gruffo blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Hardon blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Hardon creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
It looks like Knyto Gruffo has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Gruffo tries to work over Hardon's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Hardon breaks from the clinch.
Gruffo throws a hook but Hardon blocks it.
Hardon fails to land the takedown.
Gruffo scores with a decent looking hook.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Hardon tries to clinch
and Gruffo makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Hardon really felt that one!
Hardon circles away from the clinch attempt.
Hardon changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Gruffo tries to avoid it but Hardon manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Gruffo to the ground. Gruffo escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Gruffo tries to land a leg kick but Hardon saw it coming and moves away.
Gruffo dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Hardon lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Gruffo circles away quickly and effectively.
Gruffo bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Hardon takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Gruffo has Hardon up against the cage in a clinch.
Gruffo lands a body punch in the clinch.
Gruffo doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Hardon manages to break the clinch.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Hardon throws a low kick but Gruffo avoids it.
Gruffo lands a front kick.
Hardon shoots in but Gruffo avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Hardon looks gassed!
Gruffo misses the jab.
Hardon missing with a left hand there. Gruffo was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Gruffo misses with a straight left.
Hardon staying out of range there.
Hardon tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Gruffo throws a front kick aimed at Hardon's knee but Hardon avoids it well.
Gruffo slips a straight right by Hardon.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
The fighters circle momentarily. Gruffo darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Gruffo moves away from the strike by Hardon.
Hardon is trying desperately to land a takedown but Gruffo is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Hardon.
Gruffo is looking to land body kicks.
Gruffo fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Hardon checks it well.
A nice leg kick lands there from Gruffo.
Hardon shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Gruffo pinned against the cage. Gruffo gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Hardon with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Gruffo to score with a decent uppercut.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Hardon checks the leg kick.
Gruffo lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Knyto Gruffo dominated that round.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Gruffo throws a leg kick but Hardon moved away.
Hardon doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Gruffo checks the leg kick.
Gruffo jabbing away but nothing is landing.
The fight stays on the outside here - Gruffo looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Hardon shoots in for a takedown but Gruffo shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Gruffo lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
That has opened up Big Hardon's cut even more.
Gruffo tries a low kick but Hardon avoids it.
That kick from Gruffo tenderised Hardon's leg. Hardon is trying to keep his angry face on.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Gruffo connects with a good right hand that stumbles Hardon. Hardon circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Gruffo lands a monster head kick that reverborates around the arena! The crowd goes wild as Hardon crumples to the floor! Gruffo milks the crowd's applause and if that isn't knockout of the night, I will be very surprised!
