Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Aram Gamburian (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rolo Reese (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gamburian comes to the cage accompanied by Judas Priest - The Ripper. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Aram Gamburian! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Rolo Reese! The judges for this bout are Micheangelo Fripello, Paul Gruel and Chris Saunders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gamburian misses with an uppercut. Gamburian throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Reese counters with a big head kick but Gamburian shrugs it off. Gamburian is trying hard to land a takedown here. Reese sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Reese showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Gamburian.
Reese fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Gamburian sprawls well initially but Reese persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Reese stands up and beckons Gamburian to join him on the feet. Gamburian lands a head shot. Reese gets the takedown into side control. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Gamburian tries to escape but Reese is in control. Reese tries to move into full mount but can't pass Gamburian's legs. Reese wants to lay and pray for a moment but Gamburian keeps working. Reese tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.

Reese goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Gamburian has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Reese but great work by Gamburian. Gamburian decides to stand back up. Reese throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Gamburian's waist but Gamburian gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Reese off to one side.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Gamburian lands a lovely overhand right.
It looks like Rolo Reese has been cut. Reese fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Reese throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Gamburian tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Reese is in Gamburian's guard. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Reese trying to control the position from guard on top but Gamburian is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Gamburian working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Reese. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Reese trying to control but Gamburian is working from the bottom. Reese tries to stand but Gamburian is controlling from the bottom. Reese trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Reese drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Gamburian manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Reese has Gamburian in his guard. Reese is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Reese kicks Gamburian off and gets to his feet. Reese shoots in but Gamburian avoids the takedown attempt easily. Aram Gamburian has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rolo Reese. Gamburian thows a left - swing and a miss! Gamburian tries to bum rush Reese with a series of wild strikes but Reese uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Reese misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Reese drops his hands momentarily and Gamburian takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Gamburian jabbing away but nothing is landing. Gamburian fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Reese defending well as Gamburian loads up on a big left hand. Reese fails to land the takedown. Nice defenses there by Reese. Reese on the wrong end of a nice hook. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Reese will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Reese looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Reese is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Reese fails with the takedown. Reese misses with a takedown attempt - Gamburian sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Rolo Reese will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Rolo Reese's cut. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Gamburian shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Reese but Reese pushes him off and we're back to square one. Gamburian is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all. Gamburian wants to clinch up but Reese keeps it at a distance. The fighters circling - Gamburian throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Reese uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Gamburian.
Horrible takedown by Reese or perhaps it was just good defense by Gamburian which made him look bad. Aram Gamburian is winning the standup battle so far. Gamburian clinches up with Reese and pushes him back against the cage. Reese keeps control of Gamburian as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Reese tries to pull guard but Gamburian won't allow it.
Aram Gamburian has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rolo Reese.

Reese pulls guard. Gamburian trying to control but Reese is working from the bottom. Reese is trying to keep Gamburian in close.
Gamburian postures up in Reese's guard and throws a big left but Reese blocks it. Gamburian stops Reese from standing up. Reese pushes a forearm under Gamburian's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Gamburian is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
