Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Zbynek Taticzek (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jimmi Pursey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Zbynek Taticzek!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Jimmi Pursey!
The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, James Ackerman and Phil Schofield.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pursey tries to clinch up but Taticzek circles away and keeps his distance.
Taticzek throws a right and a left that both miss.

Taticzek has taken the fight to the clinch.
A nice right hand lands inside from Taticzek.
A short right from Taticzek.


It looks like Jimmi Pursey has been cut.
Taticzek lands a nice uppercut.
A right hook to the body lands for Taticzek.
Taticzek looking to throw knees to the head but Pursey is blocking nicely.
Pursey is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Taticzek pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Pursey jumps guard but Taticzek turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
Taticzek just leaning against Pursey, taking a breather.
Pursey fails to pull guard.
Zbynek Taticzek has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jimmi Pursey.

Pursey has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Taticzek uses from the top position.
Taticzek has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Pursey is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Taticzek is aware though and is defending well.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.

Pursey is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Taticzek defends well.
Taticzek is stalling in the full guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Pursey had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Taticzek defends it easily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Taticzek looking to control the position here, rather than advance.

That's four minutes gone in the round.

Zbynek Taticzek has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
Pursey on the wrong end of a nice hook.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Taticzek jabs Pursey right on the nose. Pursey blinks but takes it well.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Taticzek moves into range and clinches up with Pursey.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Zbynek Taticzek dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Jimmi Pursey's cut.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.



Taticzek pushes Pursey up against the cage in a clinch.
Taticzek is defending well against a takedown attempt.
Taticzek lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Taticzek manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.

Pursey decides to pull guard.
Taticzek engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.

Taticzek showing good wrestling skills to control the position.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Zbynek Taticzek.
Pursey doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Pursey takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Pursey darts in trying to clinch
and Taticzek counters with a monster hook and another for good measure! Pursey falls to the ground, out cold! Stick some heavy metal music over the top of that clip and it's one for the highlight makers!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:09 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Zbynek Taticzek!
Zbynek Taticzek really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Skin-Clothes Designing logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
