Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Simple Man! The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Dmitry Maklakov and Ivan Kurochkin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Griswold avoids a punch combination nicely.
Man throws a sloppy head kick and Griswold moves out of range easily. Griswold keeps the fight on the outside. Man tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Man is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Man throws a head kick but Griswold moves out of range.
Griswold fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Man on the side of the head.
It looks like Simple Man has been cut. Griswold closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Man to the mat! Man manages to get full guard. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Griswold looking to pass the guard. Griswold connects with a couple of short punches. Griswold chips away with some ground and pound. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Griswold is in close to Man's body, working some short punches and elbows. Man has momentary wrist control but Griswold slips an elbow through the middle.
That's one minute gone in the round. Man wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Griswold manages to pass to side control. Griswold lands strikes from half guard. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Man can do anything to dispel that myth. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Griswold in particular looking to stall. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Griswold seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Griswold working Man over with strikes. Man is trying to stand.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Griswold is trying for a kimura here. Man looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Griswold wins by kimura!
