And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Kenichi Hosakawa and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Christmas pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Opay back to the cage. Christmas follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Opay's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Christmas connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Opay scrambles back to his feet.
Christmas misses with a wild combination.
Opay scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Opay works his way into full mount!
Opay misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Christmas really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Opay. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Opay is landing with some decent strikes but Christmas is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Opay unloads with some shots from mount but Christmas bucks and avoids them well.

Christmas seems to have recovered his senses.

Opay is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Christmas has managed to escape the submission attempt.

Opay avoids the attempt from Christmas to control.
BOOM! Opay connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Opay with shots to the head and body - Christmas looks very uncomfortable down there.
Opay drops a big elbow. That's hurt Christmas! More shots from Opay and the ref steps in! The fight is over!
