The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, Franklyn Lucas and Joseph Jones.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Deck drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Deck wants to pass the guard but Weller is keeping the position.

Weller looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.

Weller is looking for a triangle but Deck pushes his legs off easily.
Deck wants to pass the guard but Weller is keeping the position.
Deck passes into half guard.

Deck is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Weller is defending against the submission attempts here by Deck.
Weller is trying to get back to full guard.

Weller regains full guard. Nicely done.
Weller manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Weller punishing his opponent with strikes.

Weller is working for a guillotine from mount but Deck frees his head quite easily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Deck really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Weller is in the full mount, landing strikes.
Weller really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Deck is squirming around, avoiding Weller's attempts to control the action.
Weller prevents Deck from getting the reversal.
Deck bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!
Weller is breathing heavily.

Deck is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Deck pushing down on Weller's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.
Weller won't allow Deck to pass to mount.

Deck is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Weller is just riding it out for now. Deck eventually gives up the hold.

Weller works his way to full guard. Good work.

Deck drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Deck jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Deck wants to pass the guard but Weller is keeping the position.

Deck is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Weller won't allow Deck to sweep him here.

Weller is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Deck has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Weller is looking to defend but Deck has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Weller! Deck pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Weller taps out and this one is all over!
