Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Roger Mallao (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Manu Ginobili (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 12 - 2, fighting out of London, Roger Mallao! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 15 - 0, fighting out of London, Manu Ginobili! The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Daniel Bishop and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mallao avoids the body shot from Ginobili.
Mallao is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Mallao tries to clinch up. Ginobili throws a body punch but Mallao moves out of range. Mallao moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
It looks like Manu Ginobili has been cut. Ginobili tries a head kick but it misses.

Mallao scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Ginobili is pressing down on Mallao's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Mallao seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Ginobili is trying to keep Mallao in close.

That's one minute gone in the round. Ginobili is looking to stand up but Mallao isn't so interested in that idea. Ginobili trying to control the position.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Manu Ginobili was stalling too much, according to the referee. Mallao clinches up with Ginobili and pushes him back against the cage. Ginobili changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Mallao fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Ginobili throws a combination that misses letting Mallao counter with a right hand. Manu Ginobili seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Mallao bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Ginobili looks gassed! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Mallao thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Ginobili is trying to improve his position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mallao wants to stand but Ginobili has his arm trapped. Mallao is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Ginobili knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Mallao is chipping away with strikes.
Mallao working the head and body with strikes. Mallao takes a little break here. Ginobili wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well. Mallao knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Ginobili on the ground. Mallao seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Ginobili for as long as he can get away with.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ginobili manages to get back to half guard. Well, if Mallao is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Roger Mallao just wasn't active enough. Ginobili misses with a combination
and Mallao connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Mallao fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Ginobili, pushing him back against the cage. Mallao breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Mallao darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Ginobili trying to control from the bottom.
Mallao controlling the action here. Mallao has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Roger Mallao dominated that round. The cut man is working on Manu Ginobili's cut. That's time! Back to the action!

Oooooh!!! Mallao has knocked Ginobili down with a huge combo! Mallao steps away and waves a wobbly Ginobili back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Ginobili is rocked! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Mallao moves into the clinch. Ginobili is still on wobbly legs! Can Mallao finish him? Mallao breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Mallao closes the distance looking for a takedown. Mallao picks Ginobili up and slams him brutally to the floor. Ginobili is out! He's out cold! Wow, you don't see a finish like that every day!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:21 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Slam). Roger Mallao!
