Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Frank Dux (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Daddy Cool (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Frank Dux could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Daddy Cool's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Frank Dux! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Daddy Cool! The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Russell Pearce and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dux changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Cool tries to avoid it but Dux manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Cool to the ground. Cool escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Cool gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Dux wants to control from the top but Cool keeps moving. Dux is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Cool is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. Cool is looking to stand up but Dux isn't so interested in that idea. Cool kicks Dux off and gets to his feet. Cool gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Cool lands an elbow inside that Dux shrugs off.

Dux is breathing heavily. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Cool gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.

Frank Dux's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it. Nice elbow from Cool. Cool lands a nice elbow. Cool works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard. Dux is trying to control the position but Cool postures up. Cool decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dux fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Cool, pushing him back against the cage. Dux takes an elbow to the temple.
Jeez, Frank Dux's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked. Cool breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Dux swats away the attempt to clinch by Cool. Cool closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Cool is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Dux can't fight it off and eventually Cool manages to take the fight to the floor. Dux looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Cool wants to stand but Dux is controlling his posture from full guard. Cool avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Cool stands up from Dux's guard - Cool perhaps looking for a knockout. Cool wants to clinch up but Dux keeps it at a distance. Dux drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Dux trying to control the position from guard on top but Cool is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Dux stops Cool from standing up. Cool scrambles and gets back to his feet.
Cool tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Cool keeps the fight on the outside. Dux tries to clinch there but Cool circles away.
Cool has taken the fight to the clinch.
Dux jumps guard but Cool stands there with Dux around his waist. Dux gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
This has been an exciting period of action! Cool lands a knee to the body.
Cool lands an elbow inside that Dux shrugs off. The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows. Dux successfully pulls guard.
Cool wants to get up but he can't break Dux's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Cool looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Dux is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dux working for a triangle but Cool defends it easily.
Cool tries to stand but Dux is controlling from the bottom. Cool is fighting to break Dux's control of his arms but Dux is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. Dux trying to keep a closed guard but Cool is proving a slippery customer.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Dux had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Cool is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Dux Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Cool's back instead. Dux is trying to stick to Cool's back but Cool is turning into Dux. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Dux's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Cool. Cool is looking to stand up but Dux won't let him.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Cool is looking to clinch. Cool tries to clinch up but Dux circles away and keeps his distance. Cool wants to clinch. Daddy Cool seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Dux fails with the takedown. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Dux wants to clinch. Dux looks for a takedown but Cool sprawls well. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Daddy Cool dominated that round. The cut man is working on Frank Dux's cut. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Dux looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Cool is fending him off so far but Dux persists. Nope, Cool circles away and we're back to standing. Dux will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Cool forces Dux back against the cage and clinches. Dux tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Cool just stands there and leans against the cage. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Frank Dux. That's going to take a lot out of him. Cool lands an elbow that stopped Dux in his tracks for a moment. Cool tries for a takedown. No joy.
