Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dalton Sweeney (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Clive Williams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Williams is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Death March. Dalton Sweeney had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Dalton Sweeney! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
19 - 16 - 0, fighting out of London, Clive Williams! The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, James Ackerman and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sweeney throws a body punch but Williams moves out of range. Sweeney throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Williams. Sweeney ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Williams feints and as Sweeney raises his hands in defense, Williams changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Williams has gone for a leg lock! Sweeney slips out almost immediately though and dives into Williams's guard. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Sweeney distracts Williams with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Sweeney passes Williams's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Sweeney is keen to just control but Williams is a slippery customer. Williams keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Sweeney is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Sweeney looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Williams with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Williams wants to improve his position but Sweeney is controlling well.
Sweeney has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Sweeney not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Sweeney working over Williams with some ground and pound. Williams looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sweeney seems to be working for a kimura but Williams defends the submission attempt. Sweeney postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Williams to stand up. Sweeney lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. Sweeney gets caught napping as Williams dives in and scores a takedown. Sweeney manages to retain guard. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Williams content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Williams postures up in Sweeney's guard and throws a big left but Sweeney blocks it. Sweeney utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Williams must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Sweeney wants to get back to his feet but Williams is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Williams drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Sweeney dives on top into guard. Williams is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Sweeney drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Sweeney jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Williams keeping moving, preventing Sweeney from controlling successfully. Williams seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. Sweeney stopping the sweep attempt from Williams. Williams controlling Sweeney's posture. Sweeney is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Williams is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Williams has escaped and now he's on top! Williams trying to move into half guard but instead Sweeney has managed to sweep!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sweeney throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Williams keeping moving, preventing Sweeney from controlling successfully. Sweeney is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Williams is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. Williams is trying to control the position but Sweeney postures up. Sweeney wants to control from the top but Williams keeps moving. Williams wants to sweep here but Sweeney controlling him for the moment.
We're going to have a standup here because Dalton Sweeney wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Sweeney stuffs the takedown attempt from Williams. Williams gets slowly back to his feet. Sweeney scores with a shot to the body.
Sweeney tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Williams was well out of range. Poor timing from Sweeney. Sweeney dances in with a quick combination. Williams is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Sweeney snaps Williams's head back. Williams stumbles backwards against the cage. Sweeney steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Williams's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Williams just didn't come prepared.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Dalton Sweeney!
