Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ilong Ranger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rj Paned (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Paned has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Ilong Ranger has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

9 - 13 - 1, fighting out of London, Ilong Ranger! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 12 - 0, fighting out of London, Rj Paned! The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, William Gold and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A lazy body kick from Paned and Ranger finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body. Paned should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Paned looks gassed! Ranger tries to clinch up. Paned stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Paned wants it to stay on the feet. Ranger fails with the takedown. Ranger tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Paned paws at him with a jab and circles away. Ranger dives in and grabs Paned's left leg, looking for a takedown. Paned pushes down on Ranger's head and hops out. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ilong Ranger. That's going to take a lot out of him. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Paned is defended easily by Ranger. Ranger throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Ranger shoots for a takedown but Paned saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Paned stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Paned wants it to stay on the feet. Ranger tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ranger closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Paned did well to prevent Ranger getting side control. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Paned can do anything to dispel that myth. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Ranger is looking to take a break and control but Paned is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Ranger is really struggling to control Paned but he's trying to hold on to the position. Ranger thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Paned is looking for a sweep. Ranger is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ranger tries to pass the half guard into mount. Paned knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Ranger wants to control but Paned is keeping him busy. Ranger will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Ilong Ranger wasn't doing enough on the ground. Ranger fails with the takedown. Ranger moves into the clinch. Ranger wants to break the clinch but can't.

Ranger tries to pull guard but Paned holds him up against the cage and eventually Ranger drops back down to his feet.
Ranger crunches a lovely knee into Paned's ribcage. Ranger ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Ranger no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Ranger looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Paned tries to stand but Ranger is controlling from the bottom. Paned postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Ranger is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Paned looking to pass the guard. Paned trying to control but Ranger is working from the bottom. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Paned postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Ranger wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Paned closes this distance looking for a takedown but Ranger circles away. Ilong Ranger is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Ranger scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Paned doesn't seem bothered though. We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Paned has eaten all the pies! Ranger lands a big head kick that sends Paned tumbling to the mat! Ranger takes a step backwards and waves Paned back to his feet - he wants the finish!

It looks like Rj Paned has been cut. This has been an exciting period of action! Ranger misses with a takedown attempt - Paned sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Paned is still on wobbly legs! Can Ranger finish him? Paned avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Ranger shoots in but no luck this time. Ranger shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Paned but Paned pushes him off and we're back to square one. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ilong Ranger. That's going to take a lot out of him. Nice sprawl there from Paned as Ranger shoots in. Ranger drops Paned with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Paned looks back up at him and smiles so Ranger waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Ilong Ranger is winning the standup battle so far. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Paned swats away the attempt to clinch by Ranger. Nice sprawl there from Paned as Ranger shoots in. Ranger closes the distance and clinches up with Paned, looking for a takedown. Ranger pushes Paned against the cage but Paned circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Paned seems to have recovered his senses. Paned tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Paned tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Ranger swivels and escapes. Ranger lands with a slapping head kick. Ranger moves into range and lands a nice body kick.

Paned manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Ranger shoots in but Paned avoids the takedown attempt easily. Ranger is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Paned can do to turn this around?

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ilong Ranger dominated that second round. The cut man is working on Rj Paned's cut. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Will he get it? Paned is fending him off so far but Ranger persists. Nope, Paned circles away and we're back to standing. Ranger shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Paned as he avoids it easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ilong Ranger. That's going to take a lot out of him. Paned shoots in but no luck this time. Paned fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Ranger, pushing him back against the cage. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Paned tries to pull guard but Ranger won't allow it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ranger is trying to drag Paned to the mat but Paned just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Ranger fails to pull guard.
Paned is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Ranger lands a nice elbow from the clinch. Paned changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Ranger fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Paned fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Ranger stuns Paned with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Nice cross by Ranger. Ranger looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Paned is fending him off so far but Ranger persists. Nope, Paned circles away and we're back to standing. Paned ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Ranger moves away. Ranger goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Paned closes this distance looking for a takedown but Ranger circles away. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Ranger shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Paned pinned against the cage. Paned gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Paned tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Ranger paws at him with a jab and circles away.
And that's the end of the fight! Ilong Ranger showed his dominance in that final round. Well Ranger has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
