The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hill keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Saint Randy looks to land a combination. Hill sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

Hill is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Saint Randy defends it well.

Hill gets caught napping as Saint Randy dives in and scores a takedown. Hill manages to retain guard.

Hill escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Saint Randy gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Saint Randy sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Hill's guard.
