Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Omnus IV (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Billy Rose (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). IV comes into the arena with Into the Fire blaring out of the sound system. Rose comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Soothsayer kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Omnus IV could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Billy Rose's chin.

The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Eddie Farnsworth and Dean Styles.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
IV throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Rose sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Rose misses with a looping right.
IV fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Rose on the side of the head.
It looks like Billy Rose has been cut.
Rose fakes high and swings low for a body shot but IV manages to avoid it.
Rose swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
IV keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Rose.
Rose throws an ugly left hook that misses
and IV counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Rose throws an uppercut from half a mile away. IV sees it coming and avoids it easily.

IV lands a nice hook to Rose's body. Rose takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

That has opened up Billy Rose's cut even more.
IV is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Rose is still on wobbly legs! Can IV finish him?

IV sends Rose crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! IV is motioning to the referee to let Rose up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Omnus IV will probably get the nod.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Rose misses with a left hand
and IV rattles Rose with a well-timed uppercut counter. - Rose tries to back away and recover but his hands are down low and he gets tagged again, sending him stumbling down to the canvas. IV dives in after him and quickly finishes the job with a trio of brutal punches, leaving Rose stiff and motionless on the mat!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:05 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Omnus IV!
Omnus IV is the new middleweight champion!
Omnus IV looked relieved post fight as he said the following; 'Our pankration is the most powerful, Aut vincere aut mori.'.
