Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tap Out (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Unisa Kalifa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kalifa has chosen Funkadelic - You and Your Folks, Me and My Folks as his entrance music. Unisa Kalifa has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the light heavyweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

14 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Tap Out!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
7 - 1 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, Unisa Kalifa!
The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, Damien Edna and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Out just misses with a punch to the body.
Out punishes Kalifa's body with a nice straight punch.
Out bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Out throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Kalifa moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
It looks like Unisa Kalifa has been cut.
Kalifa fails with a takedown attempt.
Out drops Kalifa with a beautiful combination! Kalifa stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Out is looking for the KO!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Kalifa shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Out counters with a good low kick that Kalifa was not able to check.
Kalifa avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Out stuffs the takedown.
Tap Out has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Unisa Kalifa.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Kalifa punishes Out's body with a nice straight punch.
Tap Out is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Out throws a one two combo.
Out misses with a series of wild punches.
Kalifa throws a hook but Out blocks it.
Kalifa tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Kalifa has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Out.
Kalifa looks gassed!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Kalifa gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Out counters with a crisp one two that drops Kalifa! Out thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Kalifa to his feet! Kalifa is in big trouble!
Kalifa is rocked!
That has opened up Unisa Kalifa's cut even more.
Out goes for a small jab and connects. Now Out goes in closer pressing the issue. Left hook, right straight! Kalifa stumbles back but Out runs in with a huge uppercut knocking Kalifa to the ground! What a finish! You have to wonder if Kalifa will ever be the same after a knockout like that.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Tap Out!
Tap Out retains his light heavyweight title!
